Roadtrip Update

Reclaim Life’s out reach project is due to start at 8am on April 11th when Reclaim life Trustee Harry Sear and friend Paul Harold set off from outside the Reclaim Life Centre at the start of their 3500 mile road trip in Lavinia their 100 year old Talbot 14/45 who is a regular ambassador for Reclaim Life.

Please turn up to cheer them off. A cup of coffee will be available. Afraid we can’t run to a full english!

Their journey takes them to the coast at Margate and then on a clockwise circuit of the UK taking in Lands End, North Wales, John o Groats and then South around the coast to Southend and back to LB on the 30th of April.

At stop overs Harry will be speaking to  public meetings to tell the Reclaim Life Story and inspire other communities to start their own autonomous volunteer mental health help group, with Reclaim Life Leighton Buzzard providing a blueprint and facilitating guidance, and training and ongoing mentoring. Each community will be expected to raise their own funding,

Reclaim Life and it’s  successful techniques of mental health help which are easily learnt and administered by volunteer lay coaches is unique to Leighton Buzzard. Now proven for 15 years Reclaim Life LB are passionate that this service should be available to every one.
